Shipping&Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping: Our most popular choice for everyday orders. Each order shipped via Standard Shipping costs a flat rate of $5.99, regardless of how many pairs you buy. After your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get your shoes in 5-7 business days. We include a tracking number with every Standard Shipping order, so you can follow your package from our door to yours—just look for the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
VIP Shipping: For when you need your shoes fast (think: a last-minute event or a broken shoe emergency). VIP Shipping costs a flat rate of $15.99 per order, and your package gets priority treatment: we process it first in our warehouse, and it arrives in just 2-3 business days. Like Standard Shipping, VIP orders come with full tracking, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
Processing Time: We process orders within 1-2 business days (we don’t process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas). If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll email you right away to let you know and offer options: wait for restock, switch to a similar style, or get a full refund.
Delivery Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the United States (PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations are not eligible). We’re working to expand our shipping reach—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we start shipping internationally.
Missing or Delayed Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or building management first—carriers often leave packages with them. If it’s still missing, email us at service@cocarin.com within 3 business days of the delivery date, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
