Return Policy

We want you to love your Cocarin shoes. If they don’t fit right, or aren’t what you expected, our return policy is designed to be fair and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
 Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date (find this date in your shipping confirmation email). Returns sent after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition: Shoes must be in their original, unused state—no scuffed soles, creased uppers, or signs of wear. All original packaging (shoe box, tags, dust bags, and extra accessories like laces) must be intact. Shoes that have been worn outdoors, cleaned, or altered cannot be returned.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized shoes (like monogrammed styles) are final sale—no returns, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

 How to Start a Return

Request a Return Authorization (RA): Email us at service@cocarin.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the shoes (if they’re defective).

Get Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll send you an RA number and a pre-paid return label (if the return is due to our error, like a wrong size or defective item) or instructions for shipping the shoes back.

Ship the Shoes: Pack the shoes securely in their original box, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and drop it off at the carrier location specified in our email. Note: If the return is for a reason other than our error (like a wrong size choice), you’ll cover the return shipping cost.

   Return ProcessingInspection: Once we receive your return (usually 3-5 business days after you ship it), our team will inspect the shoes to confirm they meet eligibility requirements.

Refund or Exchange: If approved, we’ll process your refund within 1 business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., swapping for a different size), we’ll ship the new item once we confirm your return is valid.

Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees (for Standard or VIP Shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
